Dream of Battle

Would you sleep soundly the night before a battle? Experience the dreams of the 12 year old page, William, before he prepares to go to war with the Earl of Warwick in the most decisive battle in the castle's history. A sleepless night of tossing and turning awaits, imagining the adrenaline charged terrors of medieval warfare at its most ruthless.

Kingmaker

Join Richard Neville, the famous Kingmaker and Earl of Warwick, as he prepares his household to confront his former friend Edward IV at the Battle of Barnet in 1471. Will you decide to run while you still can, or join him on with his twelve thousand strong army on the battlefield, where tragedy awaits..?

Dungeon

Descend into the darkness of the castle dungeon and forget about the free outside world. See the instruments of captivity and torture - and then imagine how you would feel if you were locked tight inside this damp, dark chamber for years.

Mill and Engine House

Take a tour of the 12th century Mill and Engine House to discover how it brought light and electricity for the first time in 1894. See for yourself how the castle's residents harnessed the power of the river to generate electric light.

Grounds and Gardens

Warwick Castle has extensive grounds to explore, including beautiful gardens and incredible views from the towers and ramparts. The castle has over 60 acres of grounds and gardens for guests to enjoy, as well as the castle walls.

Great Hall

The baronial Great Hall and six lavishly decorated State Rooms are at the very heart of the Castle and bring to life the history of the castle's treasures. There's an especially impressive collection of arms and armour in the Great Hall - from longbows, to muskets.

Pageant Playground

Warwick Castle's latest addition is a fantastic new playground full of swings, slides, zip wires, a central castle and much much more. Suitable for toddlers and young children alike, the Pageant Playground is a welcome addition to this already child friendly venue.
