Where is Thorpe Park?
Thorpe Park is located take off Junction 11 or Junction 13 off the M25 and follow the signs via A320 to Thorpe Park. The nearest train station is Staines with regular services from Waterloo, Clapham Junction, Reading and Guildford. Transfer from the station is by a scheduled bus service. Back to top

Why is Thorpe Park located where it is?
When Thorpe Park was originally built it was as a gravel pit. The theme park was not introduced to the site until the late 1980's. Back to top

How does the Fastrack work?
During certain Standard and Peak periods, Fastrack works using time coded tickets available from the ride entrance of certain rides, which state a time after which visitors can return to the ride for their turn. Once guests have reserved their spot in the Fastrack, they are free to spend extra time enjoying other rides and attractions. Fastrack tickets are subject to availability and trade clients cannot purchase before the day of visit. Back to top

Who looks after the safety of the guests at Thorpe Park?

What facilities does Thorpe Park provide for disabled guests?
On arrival, disabled guests can ask for a guide that will allow them and organisers/ carers to consider the suitability of the venue. Most areas of our Park, including parking, restaurants and toilets, are fully accessible for wheelchair users and Guests with other special needs. However, not all our rides are suitable for all our Guests. If a guest has difficulty queuing, easy access to the rides may be made via the exit for those who have been allocated a wristband. In order to obtain your wristband, please visit the Medical Centre (located on the lower level of the Atlantis Dome, where you will find fully qualified medical staff trained to assess your needs. What is the procedure for looking after lost children at Thorpe Park?
Lost children are immediately taken to Guest Services between Neptune’s Kingdom and Octopus’ Garden until their parents/guardians are located. Back to top

Thorpe Park has its own Lost Property department who are responsible for collecting, cross-referencing and locating all lost items. Lost property can be reclaimed at Guest Services between Neptune’s Kingdom and Octopus’ Garden. Back to top

What height restrictions are there on the main rides at Thorpe Park?
Riders on Stealth, Nemesis Inferno, Colossus, Vortex, X:\No Way Out and Slammer must be over 1.4m. For certain rides, a minimum height applies unless accompanied by an adult. All of the rides have height restrictions, either minimum or maximum, which are set by the ride manufacturer and reinforced by Thorpe Park's own health and safety legislation.
