Disabled Guest Information

Thorpe Park provides for all of its disabled guests, please see this page for more information.

Parking

There is an area reserved for disabled badge holders on the first row of the Lakeside Car Park, close to the park entrance. Please download this car park map to see where it is, or you can ask a Car Park Host for directions if unsure.

Rides Access

Guests who are unable to use the standard queue lines can visit the Guest Services Office, where they may be able to receive preferential wristbands. These allow for easier access to the rides. Please note that helpers will not be allowed preferential access unless accompanying a guest with a disability onto a ride.

Toilets

All toilets at Thorpe Park have toilets that provide for guests with disabilities. Please see the park map for locations.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available to borrow at the park entrance. Please note that a £25 refundable deposit is required, and a rental charge of £5 for guests not registered as disabled. You can reserve a wheelchair by calling Thorpe Park's Guest Services on 0870 444 44 66.
