THORPE PARK park areas

Amity Cove

This area is home to two of the UK's biggest rides. There's the tallest launch coaster in Europe, matched with the breath taking acceleration of taking you from 0-80 mph in under 2 seconds, then there's the UK's tallest and wettest water ride. This area is slap bang in the middle of the park, so it's also full of useful shops and facilities.

Calypso Quay

It's hot, hot, hot in Calypso Quay! There's a rollercoaster ride that speeds through a volcano and you can cool off by getting a good soaking on a river rapids ride. There's also a rather large tower drop ride — one of the park's most terrifying experiences mixed with a great view!

Canada Creek

Canada Creek is a slice of the Canadian Rockies in just west of London! This park area is perfect for the cowboy in you, with rides that are great for the younger ones and families.

Lost City

Lost City is the area of Thorpe Park that is entirely dedicated to thrill rides. There's a roller coaster with more inversions that any other in the world (except an exact replica in China), whilst there's one of the world's largest air powered swings, and a collection of rotary rides that will require you to be of a particularly strong stomach!

Neptune's Kingdom

Neptune's Beach is a mini water park located near to the entrance of Thorpe Park. It's get it's very own beach, water slides, and watery play areas. It's perfect for those hot days, and when you're taking young children - just don't forget the swimsuits and towels!

Octopus' Garden

This area is best suited for the very young visitors to Thorpe Park, featuring a small ferris wheel, and a number of carousel type rides just for children. Some of the attractions are so small the adults won't be able to fit - but you can always watch the kids having a great time!

All rides in this section have a maximum height restriction of 1.3m.

Ranger County

There's rides a plenty for the little ones in this fun filled area at Thorpe Park. It's like a little slice of the African jungle, with rides featuring all of the kid's favourite animals.

Port Atlantis

Port Atlantis will be the first area you walk through having entered Thorpe Park. There are no rides in this section, but it's full of shops and facilities.
