Terms and Conditions: Picnic Rucksacks Offer
The competition is only open to people aged 18 or over.
Participants must have a valid email address to participate.
Participants must supply full details as required by the entry form. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible or fraudulent entries.
This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Holiday Extras or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition or their direct family members.
Only one entry per person.
The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any promotional activity following the competition.
The winners will be selected by a panel from within the Play and Stay team. The best three suggestions will win the picnic rucksacks.
The three winners will be contacted via the email address supplied and will be asked to provide a postal address for their prizes.
Picnic rucksacks will only be sent to UK addresses only.
Winners will be drawn on 12 June 2009 and prizes will be dispatched within two weeks of receipt of address.
Should the winner fail to supply an address within one month of the original contact email, Play and Stay reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant.
No responsibility will be accepted for picnic rucksacks lost or damaged in the post.
No alternative prize is available and the prize is not transferable. There is no cash equivalent.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
This competition is organised by Play and Stay, Newingreen, Hythe, Kent, CT21 4JF, United Kingdom. It is governed by the laws of England.
