A far cry from the Dream of Battle and the Royal Weekend Party is news that Girls Aloud are to play at Warwick Castle this summer. The five-piece will perform their one off summer concert on the 4th July 2008 to a highly anticipating audience.
Girls Aloud are still enjoying the success they found on ITV's reality TV show, Popstars, The Rivals. More than five years on and their latest tour (which kicks off in May of this year) has completely sold out, thus proving the band's continued success in the music industry. Girls Aloud are now by far the most successful pop group of this decade with an impressive back catalogue to match. The group enjoyed a record breaking 18 consecutive top ten singles (three of which reached the top of the charts) and five platinum albums in their short time in the industry.
Fans of Girls Aloud can expect an upbeat and lively show full of hits from the band's latest album, entitled Tangled Up. Doors open at 6pm and the show begins at 7.30.
