The site is completely child and toddler friendly with a number of activities to keep them occupied throughout the your stay. There is a sheltered outdoor heated swimming pool which is open from May onwards, a well stocked games room complete with books and DVDs and numerous outdoor games and toys for them to enjoy.

Tranquility can be found a short walk from Mayrose Farm in the form of a large duck pond. Enjoy a picnic, take a BBQ or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the secluded water hole.

The local area is also teeming with fun and exciting family days out. The Eden Project is reachable in less than 30 minutes by car, Bodmin Moor in 10 minutes and a number of sandy beaches and coastal paths are just around the corner.

If you are looking for something a little different, Mayrose Farm is also home to the new Glamp-pods, a modern, eco-friendly camping experience. The canvas dwellings somewhat resemble a safari tent and are protected by a poly tunnel ensuring a constantly pleasant climate all year round.
