Once I pay the entrance price, are all the rides free?
The park boasts over 50 interactive rides, attractions, live shows and building workshops - the majority of which are free of charge. However, there are additional charges for the Driving School and L Drivers if guests which to purchase the European, credit card style driving licences for their children. Guests wishing to go on the Climbing Wall should also be aware of an additional charge for this attraction. Back to top
Does the Park have ATM/Cash Machines?
Yes there are 2 - two located at The Beginning and the other in LEGO City. Back to top
Is there a Baby Care Centre?
Yes, this is located in the First Aid building in LEGO City. This offers a private place for mothers to breast feed their babies and change nappies. You will also find baby food is available in some of our restaurants. Please ask a member of staff behind the counter. Back to top
Is parking free?
Yes. However, there is Preferred Parking for those who wish to park closer to the entrance at a cost of £5 per car. Annual Pass holders pay £2 per visit or £10 per person. There is parking for guests with disabilities near the entrance. Back to top
Does the park accept Credit Cards?
We accept all the following cards at the ticket booths - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Diners, Delta and Solo. All these cards, except for Diners, can be used in stores and restaurants. Back to top
What should I do if I need first aid?
Our First Aid building in My Town and qualified first aiders are always on hand to help and advise guests. Back to top
Does LEGOLAND offer special facilities for guests with disabilities?
Yes, the park has been designed with the needs of guests with disabilities firmly in mind and is 95% accessible to wheelchair users.
- Car park for guests with disabilities is situated near the entrance
- Free admission for registered carers with documented proof of disability
- Accessible toilets
- Fully accessible restaurants, shops and show venues
- Many rides and attractions accessible to wheelchair users via entrance lines
- Ride exit passes for guests (with disabilities), where appropriate
- First Aid facilities and medication/treatment rooms
- Wheelchair hire is available on a first-come first-served basis from the Start Here shop, located at The Beginning
- At the current time we do not have electric wheelchairs
Does the park have lockers to store bags?
Yes, lockers are available on a first come, first served basis. They are located opposite the Sweet Stop and the Hill Train top station. Lockers require a £1 coin to operate which is non-refundable. Back to top
Are there height restrictions on the rides?
The park is aimed at families with children aged 2-12 years old so there are a wide range of rides and attractions for everyone to enjoy. Height restrictions do apply and safety restrictions are posted at individual rides and attractions. Please take a moment to read them carefully before considering for you or your child. Back to top
What happens if I lose one of my party inside the park?
If you lose your adult or are an adult who has lost their child, please look for any member of LEGOLAND staff who will direct you to Guest Services either at The Beginning or in LEGO City. Lost Parent stickers are available at Guest Services. If you have a mobile telephone, they are quick and effective way of helping us reunite lost children and parents. Back to top
Can I bring my dog to the park?
No dogs or pets can be admitted except Assistance Dogs. LEGOLAND offers kennels for guests' dogs. These are free of charge allocated on a first come first served basis. To register, visit Guest Services where a £5.00 returnable deposit is required. The kennels are located next to the car park for guests with disabilities. Back to top
Can I hire pushchairs at the park?
Pushchairs (double and single) are available from The Start here shop at The Beginning (through the turnstiles on the left) for a charge of £8.50/£4.50 plus a returnable deposit of £10.00. Pushchairs must be returned to the Pick a Brick shop for deposits to be redeemed. Back to top
