Food & Drink
The Coach House Family Restaurant is situated in the stables courtyard area meaning that you can start the day the medieval way - with a good hearty breakfast. Various meals are available throughout the day and the children's menu is fully endorsed by Annabel Karmel MBE, author of 15 best selling books on children's food.
The Undercroft can be found in the central courtyard of the castle. Traditional fayre and English breakfasts are served in the morning and a carvery is available every day for lunch. There is a mother and baby area offering bottle and baby food warming facilities.
Throughout the site and depending on the time of year, there are a number of seasonal areas with various stalls selling a mixture of good food. From fish and chips to Belgian waffles, there's something for every taste.
Accessibility:
Warwick Castle was built as a mediaeval fortress and, as such, it has a large number of steps and narrow doorways which present limitations for guests who use a wheelchair. The grounds and gardens (where many summer activities and shows take place) are fully accessible to disabled guests and registered assistance dogs are welcome. The castle attractions, however, are not accessible to wheelchair users as there are many steps and narrow corridors to negotiate.
