Who are we?

How do I contact you?

Can I buy theme park tickets on their own?
Unfortunately this is not possible, as our tickets must be purchased as part of a hotel package. Back to top

When do I get my tickets?
For bookings we will email a confirmation voucher to you. This will serve as proof of payment for both the hotel and your theme park tickets. You will need to exchange this confirmation email at the Main entrance desk at the park to receive your entrance tickets, please take the confirmation email with you. Back to top

What happens if I lose my vouchers before I go?
If you lose this voucher please call us on 0800 9555 980 and we will arrange for a replacement voucher to be re-sent. The original voucher (should you subsequently find it) will then become void. Back to top

Can I book at short notice?
Yes you can actually book on the day you want to go. Back to top

Do you have a brochure?
We have chosen not to produce a brochure for www.play-and-stay.co.uk as we prefer to keep our website totally up-to-date with the latest prices, availability and information. Back to top

Is breakfast at the hotel included in the package?
Most Play-and-Stay packages do include breakfast (but not all), please check carefully before confirming your booking whether you have selected a ‘room only’ or ‘breakfast included’ package. Back to top

What if I need to cancel my booking?
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us. All cancellations must be made through Play-and-Stay. Telephone 0800 9555 980. No refund is made for cancellation of bookings within 24 hours of the date of ticket entrance to the park or within 24 hours of the hotel stay (or after). An administration fee of £15.00 per room per night applies to all other cancellations. Back to top

What if I need to amend my booking?
We will do our best to amend bookings for you, this may increase the price of the original booking if you are adding nights, additional family members or additional rooms. We will not charge you an additional amendment fee however. If the amendment results in a reduction in the price of the original booking we will provide you with a refund on the difference. Any amendments within 24 hours of the date of ticket entrance to the theme park or within 24 hours of the hotel stay will be treated as a cancellation. Back to top
