Apocalypse

Billed by the Sunday Times as 'Britain's scariest ride,' Apocalypse lives up to expectations in a truly terrifying free fall experience.

Apocalypse was the world's first 'stand up tower drop' ride when it opened in 2000, and it has since been upgraded - giving an incredibly unique and frightening experience.

When queueing for Apocalypse you can choose one of three experiences - sit down, stand up, or stand up floorless, the latter of which is called the Fifth Dimension. In this experience you will be hoisted up the 165 foot tower, tilted out to an angle of 15 degrees, and finally dropped at the mercy of gravity, encountering forces of over 4Gs. With no footrest, the only thing between you and the ground is your shoulder restraint - be prepared to leave your stomach and head at the top!
