Chessington WOA and Zoo

Disabled Guest Information

This guide has been designed to assist guests to Chessington World of Adventures and Zoo who have disabilities, so they can get the most out of the park and enjoy as many attractions as possible. Please consult the Chessington World of Adventures and Zoo Disabled Guide PDF for a complete guide.

Parking

Upon arrival at Chessington World of Adventures and Zoo, please take advice from a parking attendant who will direct you to the correct space. In the North Car Park disabled parking is available in the top row, close to the entrance. In the South Car Park there are spaces available by the top of the field close to the south admissions area. These parking areas are available to disabled badge holders only on a first come, first served basis.

Rides Access

Disabled guests who are unable to use the normal queue lines may visit the Guest Services Office where they may be able to obtain a preferential ride access wristband. Documentary proof of disability may be required - the wristbands allow preferential access to the rides. For safety reasons, the number of disabled people allowed on certain rides may be limited.

Toilets

Disabled toilets are available throughout the park. Please consult your park map for locations.

Wheelchairs

Wheelchairs are available to borrow free of charge at Chessington World of Adventures and Zoo. Your credit card details are required as a deposit. If the wheelchair is returned damaged, you may be liable for a £100 charge.
